Cancellations/ Rescheduling

Things happen, we get it! We greatly appreciate a FULL 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in loss of deposit.

Service Deposit

Deposits are required and non-refundable for all facial and lash treatments. We will happily defer your deposit when given 24-hours or more notice.

No-Show

We respect your time, and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. No show appointments will result in loss of deposit.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a service, let us know! Trust us, you won’t hurt our feelings, and we’re happy to fix it for you within 3 days of the service. With this in mind, there are no refunds for services and products.

Allergic reactions: Clients with a suspected allergic reaction must get in touch with us and supply photos and detail of the allergic reaction within the first week of using the products associated with the reaction. All client reactions will be assessed carefully. Guidance will be provided to calm inflammation and if required, an exchange may be granted for a product of equal or lesser value.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by salon policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service. Cloud Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
